uuok1 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the uuok1 platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "member"). These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations in force in Bangladesh.

If false or incorrect information is provided, we reserve the right to close the account at any time. Each user may hold only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.

3.2 Account Security

uuok1 will never ask for your password. If anyone requests your password, it may be a fraudulent attempt.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.1 Welcome Bonus

uuok1 offers a welcome bonus for new members. A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must complete bets totalling ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Other terms related to wagering:

• Wagering must be completed within a set time limit
• Bets on certain games may not count towards wagering
• If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus will be automatically cancelled
• The value of bets placed with bonus balance is calculated separately from the deposit balance

5.3 Other Promotions

uuok1 may run various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer will have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside that offer. The general policy is:

• Each promotion may be used only once (per account or per household)
• Bonus balance cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met
• Any fraudulent use of a bonus will result in its immediate cancellation
• uuok1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion

7.1 Fraud and Manipulation

Any form of fraud on the uuok1 platform is strictly prohibited. The following conduct may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings:

• Using software or bots to play games or place bets
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the game system
• Falsifying account information or providing false details
• Using another person's account or attempting to log in without authorisation
• Committing fraud through chargebacks or payment disputes
• Bonus abuse (claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts)

7.2 Anti-Money Laundering

uuok1 is fully committed to preventing money laundering. This platform may not be used for any illegal financial transactions. In the case of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities, and the account in question may be suspended during the investigation.
